Holiday : Sunday

Working hours : 09:00 - 18:00

Other work : Working Schedule: Monday to Friday, and every other Saturday.

Responsible

• Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and frameworks that align with the company’s vision and support future business growth.
• Lead the setup and enhancement of HR systems, procedures, and documentation to build a strong and scalable HR foundation.
• Advise management on HR-related matters and provide guidance on organizational development.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives and promote a positive organizational culture.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external organizations, including international partners.
• Prepare accurate and timely HR reports in both Thai and English.

More qualification

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Political Science, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of Thai labor law and HR management best practices.
• Excellent English communication skills (reading, writing, speaking) to work with international stakeholders and handle official documents.
• Visionary mindset with proven ability to design, implement, and improve HR systems and processes.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
